Dealing With Fear!
Fear is a common word that we use in our every day language. Apart from just being a word, it has become an element that has prevented many from reaching their goals and living the life of their dream. Fear is invisible yet it has paralyzed a lot of people from taking responsible actions that will bring about the change they so much desire.
Fear is best defined and explained with the acronym below
F - False
E - Evidence
A - Appearing
R - Real
The fears you have about something ain't real as you think or imagine...
What you are afraid of is afraid of you.
Are there things you are doing or can do now that you couldn't do before and you never wanted to attempt but right now, they have become so easy?...
The fear of attempting do it, why because you faced and confronted the fear.
Fear is one of nature's oppositional force.
The best way to deal with any sort of fear, is to confront it. You'll need courage to deal with fear, courage is the ability to move on despite the fear. At this point, you ignore every factor or element that seems to dread you.
I'm here to encourage you today to keep moving despite the so called "fear" I know that right in your mind you are trying to tell me that I won't understand; its fine but I'm also trying to get you to understand that your fears are no more..
